1) Can we load manually collected answers into Question Pro?

Yes, basically it's similar to the same person taking the survey over and over again based on the number of times you need to manually enter the data.

1) How do we require a question?

All you need to do is click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the rectangle box to the right of the question. From there, click on the ‘Validation Require Question’ checkbox.

2) How can I add a comment box to a multiple choice question?

You have a few options depending upon if you want to provide one comment box for the multiple choice question or if you want to provide a comment box for each answer choice selected (the latter is my recommendation)

a) Set up your multiple choice question type.
b) Set up a comments box question type and add piping text code.

c) Add Branching logic to your multiple choice question and enable looping. Make sure you plug in your piping text in this area too.

d) Add a page break after your comments question for a smoother flow. Below is a simple example:

3) Can you change the font color?

4) Is there anyway to ensure the response is from the person the survey was e-mailed to?

Your best bet in this case would be putting some pre-screener questions that would probably identify the correct person taking the survey. You can enable Anti-Ballot Box, however this will just stop the same person from taking the survey twice and someone from forwarding the email invitation after taking the survey.

5) Can a question be added to the library after a survey is created? If so, how is that done?

Yes, click on the ‘Copy’ icon near the question in the ‘Edit Survey’ mode and choose the Library option.

6) How do you upload company e-mail addresses from Outlook?

There is an option that should allow you to export your email list into excel or a csv file. Once you have that file, you can then do a bulk upload into QuestionPro.

a) Build the Survey
b) Copy survey over and rename the survey based on the language of choice. Do this as much as needed based on the number of languages.
c) Translate each individual survey by going in to each question type. Make sure you DO NOT change the question or answer order. This will allow you to use the Combine Reports functionality at the end of the survey campaigns to combine results for reporting purposes.

Surveys and Data are preserved on the QuestionPro servers as long as you are a paid customer. All maintenance fees are included in either your monthly or annual license charge.

10) How many people can be on the Corporate License?

To protect the privacy and security of our customers'...all licenses are considered SINGLE user licenses which means only the owner of the account is allowed to log into his/her QuestionPro account. QuestionPro does offer Sub-Accounts that can be assigned to additional users within an organization. We provide a cutting edge multi-user environment where users can collaborate on surveys and share data in real time. In addition, Dashboard Accounts provide a means to view and share data in a ready-only manner with your clients or managers using a white-labeled QuestionPro interface.

You can add additional accounts right now by logging into your account, clicking on "My Account" in the upper right, and choosing, "Add/Remove" users in the left hand navigation.

11) If we stop using QuestionPro will we be able to get our data?

If for some reason, you wish to cancel your account with QuestionPro then you just have to make sure you export your data before canceling. Once you cancel, your surveys and data will be deleted from our servers.

12) How is the ID number of a survey in QuestionPro generated?

The Survey URL is automatically generated when you create a survey. The survey ID number is randomly generated for each survey you create and is located towards the end of the survey link.

13) Is there a help number to call if I need technical support?

Phone support comes with a Corporate or Enterprise license only. Please contact your Account Manager for more information concerning our support process.

13) Isn't there a link you can send to clients as well?

Yes, you can send over the URL of the Real-time Summary report, however, your clients will not be able to further analyze the results. The report you share will remain static.

14) Can I set up as many Dashboard Accounts as I want?

15) In any of the available licenses, is there a back button feature?

No, not at this time. We offer a 'Save and Continue' feature which allows users to leave the survey and comeback to finish it at a later time.

16) Does your ballot protection work by IP Address?

17) If people save and continue later, and they don't use the e-mailed link that notifies them that they saved their survey, but instead go to the original invitation, aren't they starting a brand new survey?

Yes, this will happen if you do not select Anti-Ballot Stuffing. If you do select ABBS then users will return where they left off if they click on the original link.
