How to Take Advantage of Our Hospitality Feedback Suite

Happy Monday morning everyone! Ok, fine, we know most of you are thinking Mondays are anything but ‘happy’, but we’re excited this week! We still have our hilarious ‘Burn Your Comment Cards’ contest running on our Facebook page, the entries are rolling in, and let me just stop for a second and give you people a round of applause…you guys are creative! Keep ‘em coming.

In the meantime over here on the blog, we’re going to expand a little on what we offer with our Hospitality Feedback Suite. If you’re already a customer, then you are probably familiar with most of what we will cover in our ‘Hospitality Feedback Suite Series’ this week, but hey, we all need a little refresher sometimes. For those of you who are brand new to our product, this is a perfect place to start.

Our Hospitality Feedback Suite includes a range of great features, but some of the main ones I like to point out are, first and foremost, creating a survey (which you can use to gather digital feedback), using mobile surveys and QR codes, KnowledgeBank questions, iPad/tablet surveys with offline capabilities, and professional done, pre-written survey templates.

Let’s start with how to create a basic survey, because once you have that, the sky is really the limit. You can embed a survey on your website, you can send it in an email blast, upload it to your social pages such as LinkedIn and Facebook, create a QR code for mobile users…the options are endless. Here’s a short how-to video on getting started with creating a survey:

And lastly, don’t forget to enter our contest on Facebook! You can win roundtrip airfare for two + $500 in Visa gift cards! Contest ends November 16th, so get going!
