I wished to talk to Mr. Shaik in order to ask him to look into our University Partnership account - which is apparently being allowed to expire once individual accounts extend beyond the one-year initial period. Please give me a working email account where I can communicate with either Mr. Shaik or someone else who is responsible for maintaining and setting up University Partnership accounts.
