5) If you load a list of addresses into QuestionPro, what address does the survey appear to come from in the receving party’s inbox? Can this be personalized?

The default ‘From’ email address will be the address of the QuestionPro license holder. This field can be changed to any email address of your choice.

9) How long are reports kept online?

Surveys and Data are preserved on the QuestionPro servers as long as you are a paid customer. All maintenance fees are included in either your monthly or annual license charge.

10) How many people can be on the Corporate License?

To protect the privacy and security of our customers’…all licenses are considered SINGLE user licenses which means only the owner of the account is allowed to log into his/her QuestionPro account. QuestionPro does offer Sub-Accounts that can be assigned to additional users within an organization. We provide a cutting edge multi-user environment where users can collaborate on surveys and share data in real time. In addition, Dashboard Accounts provide a means to view and share data in a ready-only manner with your clients or managers using a white-labeled QuestionPro interface.

You can add additional accounts right now by logging into your account, clicking on “My Account” in the upper right, and choosing, “Add/Remove” users in the left hand navigation.

11) If we stop using QuestionPro will we be able to get our data?

If for some reason, you wish to cancel your account with QuestionPro then you just have to make sure you export your data before canceling. Once you cancel, your surveys and data will be deleted from our servers.

12) How is the ID number of a survey in QuestionPro generated?

The Survey URL is automatically generated when you create a survey. The survey ID number is randomly generated for each survey you create and is located towards the end of the survey link.

13) Is there a help number to call if I need technical support?

Phone support comes with a Corporate or Enterprise license only. Please contact your Account Manager for more information concerning our support process.
