1) Sometimes our clients don’t want to give us their e-mail lists. Can they send it out but still link to their customer DB?
Yes, you can use an External Reference Variable to track who has taken the survey. For more information, please see the Survey Integration article below:

10) With the Web Professional service, can I include a picture graphic or a video within a survey for respondents to view and answer questions about?
Yes, images can be included, but not videos. You will need the Corporate license to load videos.

12) If I want to give my client access to reports, can i let them log in but not edit the surveys?

13) Isn’t there a link you can send to clients as well?
Yes, you can send over the URL of the Real-time Summary report, however, your clients will not be able to further analyze the results. The report you share will remain static.

14) Can I set up as many Dashboard Accounts as I want?
If you have the Corporate license or Enterprise then you can add Dashboard Accounts. The price is based on the numbers of accounts needed. Additional information concerning our Volume-based pricing for Multi-users licenses can be found on our pricing page:

15) In any of the available licenses, is there a back button feature?
No, not at this time. We offer a ‘Save and Continue’ feature which allows users to leave the survey and comeback to finish it at a later time.

16) Does your ballot protection work by IP Address?

17) If people save and continue later, and they don’t use the e-mailed link that notifies them that they saved their survey, but instead go to the original invitation, aren’t they starting a brand new survey?
Yes, this will happen if you do not select Anti-Ballot Stuffing. If you do select ABBS then users will return where they left off if they click on the original link.
